Get rid of Wrinkles
Wrinkles is a natural process in ageing but this could occur earlier and can be prevented. Early wrinkling is due to bad habits such as smoking, hereditary, stress, bad diet, etc.
There are some tips which can protect your skin like mashing a ripe banana and applying on face and washing it off after half an hour, Vitamin C rich food is healthy and fruits with this vitamin can be applied as well on the face.
Applying mixture of olive oil and lemon drops on face and gently rubbing is also beneficial. Ageing means wrinkles, but you can delay them by simple lifestyle changes which can go a long way in ensuring you don't get wrinkles.
The sleeping posture has an effect on your face. Sleeping down face, sleeping on your side all these positions cause your skin and cheeks to develop wrinkles.
So experts say, the best position is to sleep on your back. If your eye number has increased, and chances are that you will be constantly squinting, which will form a crease below your skin's topmost layer, over time, this will convert into a wrinkle.
Avoid washing face many times this will remove moisture oils from your skin, which actually protect you from wrinkles.
