Mystery Story Feast of Spirits at the Bamboo Garden
Every night the sound of gamelan sounds like accompanying the Jaranan dance.
The sound of people playing the gamelan is heard every night in the direction of the bamboo garden behind the house.
Every past midnight in the bamboo garden behind the house there is always the sound of gamelan and other accompaniments.
Like there is a jaranan dance performance. The later it gets, the louder it gets. The music was boisterous as if many spectators were cheering on the jaranan dancers.
Sometimes there is also the sound of sinden singing Javanese songs.
I first heard about it when I was in high school. In the middle of the night I woke up with the urge to urinate.
When in the bathroom faint - faint voice heard in the ear. I immediately got out of the bathroom.
Enter the room, cover the body with the blanket. His voice was still heard even though it was getting weaker.
Over time, I got used to his voice. When doing schoolwork until late at night, and his voice is heard, it feels like there is no longer a feeling of fear.
"I'm already friends with his voice" I said at the time.
Once, I told my father and mother what I had heard. However, they even thought my story was just a figment.
Since then, I never told him about that voice. Except for my best friend, Yeni. My meeting with Yeni was a way to see what was going on in the bamboo garden behind the house.
Yeni was a close friend of mine when I was in college. From him, I began to know the source of the sound - the sound from the bamboo garden behind the house.
He is one of my friends who often visit my house. He does have the ability to see invisible subtle creatures.
The first time he came to the house. He immediately walked to the back of the house, and saw a bamboo garden.
"There's a lot here," he said, shuddering in horror at that.
At that time Yeni had spent the night at my house to do college assignments. After midnight our work was not finished.
Suddenly he stopped typing. He looked at me with a slightly frightened look on his face.
"You heard that voice, Na..?" he asked softly
"Listen. The sound of gamelan and others, right," I replied casually.
